The Call for Papers for the 2020 (4th) edition is now closed.  However, if you have a good topic, use the form below to send it to us.  We will either use it to replace a potential cancelled paper, or will already accept it for the next edition.

Why present?

Presenting is an excellent way to promote awareness to your organisation's achievements and to enhance your own professional stature in the industry.

Presenters are exempt from the conference admission fee and are invited at the organisers’ expense to the Official Conference Dinner.

What to present?

Below is an initial list of possible subjects. It is not meant to be either comprehensive or prescriptive, but rather to serve as a trigger for your own interests and creativity.

When to offer a presentation?

The sooner you send us your presentation offer, the better the chances of it being accepted.

Ultimately, we want to produce not just an interesting programme that touches on ‘hot topics’ for the industry, but also a programme that is well-balanced in the way it represents technologies, materials and the various links in the supply chain.  That is why we examine presentation offers based on their quality and degree of interest, but are also mindful of how they will fit in the programme for each annual edition.  With that in mind, some offers will be accepted immediately, while others will need longer time for consideration.

We will publish the programme as soon as we are satisfied with its quality and balance, but in any case not before 18 December 2019.  Prior to the publication of the programme, we will respond directly to every presentation offer.
